  4. NOTE:  This is the preliminary judging criteria and scoring rules
  5. for the 1992 Developers Competition.  It is provided for your
  6. evaluation to assure that we are not biased toward any particular
  7. software development tool or language.  Please evaluate it
  8. carefully and give us your feedback.  This is your opportunity.

  88.                         implemented.  Are they helpful?

  91.                         ability to set your own colors.

  93. _____ Penalty           Penalty Points.  Deduct 1 point for each fatal
  94.                         error.  (Unexpected return to the Operating System
  95.                         or lock up)

  97. Extra Credit: 2pts for each function directly related to the
  98. application.  We will provide suggestions and guidelines. Media
  99. will be provided for the MultiMedia examples.
